一 | 8月25日，律师法修正草案提请十四届全国人大常委会第二十四次会议二次审议。 (ECNS) -- China’s National Climate Center warned a historic “Super El Niño” is forming in the equatorial Pacific and is likely to peak this winter. Sea surface temperature indices reached 2.64°C in mid August, suggesting it could surpass records set in 1982 and 2015. The warming trend has already triggered extreme rainfall and typhoons across China this summer. Projections indicate most of the country will face warmer temperatures this autumn. 三 | 草案还提出，律师依法执业受法律保护，任何组织和个人不得侵害律师的合法权益。人民法院、人民检察院、公安机关、国家安全机关、司法行政部门和有关单位应当建立健全律师执业权利保障制度，在职责范围内依法保障律师执业权利。 【编辑:刘欢】。
